Six capabilities. One operating picture.

Every system below is designed to work alone, together, and under failure. Fixed facility or forward-deployed, the standard is the same: it works when the incident does not cooperate.

CAP-01

EOC Video Walls & Control Rooms

The emergency operations center lives or dies on its common operating picture. We design and integrate multi-source video walls, operator stations, and AV-over-IP routing so your EOC can display CAD, GIS, weather, drone feeds, traffic cameras, and broadcast simultaneously — and re-task any display in seconds as the incident evolves.

Layouts are mapped to ICS section workflows so Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Command each have the sources they need without competing for screen real estate.

CAP-02

Mobile Command Unit Integration

A command vehicle is an EOC that has to survive the road first. We provide complete AV fit-out for command vehicles and trailers: interior and exterior displays, mast and perimeter cameras, intercom, radio interface, and power management — engineered for vibration, heat, dust, and 24-hour operational periods.

Every system is specified for vehicle power realities (shore, generator, inverter) and designed to be fully operational within minutes of arrival on scene.

CAP-03

Incident Base Camp Sound & Display

A morning operational briefing only works if all 300 people can hear it. We design briefing-area PA, planning-tent audio, and large-format display systems sized for real base camp conditions — generators, wind, distance, and crews who need the IAP brief once, clearly.

Systems are packaged to strike and redeploy fast, because base camp moves when the fire does.

Interoperable Communications

Incidents are coordinated across radio nets, phone bridges, and virtual meeting rooms at the same time — and most facilities can't put them on a common channel. We integrate radio-to-AV bridging, conference systems, and audio distribution so field traffic, dispatch, and remote coordinators share one intelligible conversation.

Designs respect your existing radio infrastructure and interoperability plans rather than replacing them.

CAP-05

Resilient Connectivity

Video walls and conference bridges are only as good as the network underneath them — and major incidents are exactly when terrestrial infrastructure fails. We deploy satellite, LTE/5G failover, and rapid-deploy networking that keeps video, VoIP, and data moving when local service is degraded or gone entirely.

CAP-06

Rapid-Deploy AV Kits

Not every activation happens where the infrastructure is. We build pre-staged, case-based display, audio, and conferencing kits with laminated quick-start guides — designed so any team member can stand them up in minutes, not just the AV tech. Every kit is inventoried, labeled, and exercised so it's ready the day it's needed.
