Block 04 — Deployment

From assessment to activation.

Four phases, each with defined deliverables. You always know where the project stands, what comes next, and what you're getting — the same discipline you'd expect from an incident action plan.

01

Operational Assessment

Every engagement starts on your floor, not in our office. We walk your EOC, apparatus, or facility with your operations staff to understand how you actually run incidents: activation levels, section workflows, the sources you depend on, the failure points you've already lived through.

The assessment is no-cost and no-obligation. If your existing systems just need reprogramming or training, we'll tell you that.

Deliverables
  • On-site facility & workflow walkthrough
  • Current-state systems inventory
  • Gap analysis against operational needs
  • Written findings & recommendations
02

System Design & Specification

We translate the assessment into an engineered design: drawings, signal-flow documentation, and a line-item bill of materials built around interoperability with your existing radio, CAD, and GIS infrastructure.

Documentation is structured for public procurement — board presentations, purchasing review, and grant applications — with alternates priced so you can phase the work as funding allows.

Deliverables
  • Engineered drawings & signal-flow diagrams
  • Line-item bill of materials with alternates
  • Grant & procurement-ready scope documents
  • Phasing plan matched to funding cycles
03

Integration & Commissioning

Installation, programming, and full-load testing under realistic conditions. Commissioning means every source on the wall, every audio zone live, and failover drills executed — including power-loss recovery. We don't hand over a system we haven't tried to break first.

Work is scheduled around your operational calendar so the facility never loses activation capability mid-project.

Deliverables
  • Installation & system programming
  • Full-load commissioning & failover drills
  • Operator-led acceptance testing
  • As-built documentation package
04

Training & Readiness Support

A system is only ready if your people are. We deliver hands-on operator training, laminated quick-reference guides at every position, and scheduled readiness checks so the system performs the same on day 400 as it did on day one.

During declared activations, support requests from active incidents move to the front of the line.

Deliverables
  • Hands-on operator training sessions
  • Quick-reference guides & runbooks
  • Scheduled readiness & exercise support
  • Priority response during activations

Phase 01 is free. Schedule the assessment.
